IPMD Control Card UA5000

The IPMD card is installed inside the Huawei optical cafe as a control card and provides the possibility to manage the Broad Bad system. In the telecommunication distribution network, various network equipments are used, of which the UA5000 optical fiber optic cable is an example. The IPMD board is an IP service processing board

The IPMD board has the following functions

• Aggregates and processes broadband services
• Forwards the VoIP services of the PVMD board
• Transmits IP services upstream through the FE/GE electrical port or the GE optical port

When two IPMD boards are configured, 32 broadband service channels and 12 GE service channels are supported
