کارت کنترلی SCBL دارای 16 پورت E1 از نوع 75/120 اهم و 2 پورت STM1 میباشد. همچنین این کارت دارای 2 ماژول SFP از نوع 15 کیلومتری میباشد. SCBL یک کارت کنترلی سیستم برای هواوی مترو 1000 است که خط، انشعابات، اتصال متقابل، ساعت و SCC را مدیریت میکند.
